Torbert Custom Rods covers every new custom rod against breakage or manufacturer’s defects for (10) years from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover lost rods, lost rod sections, theft, or shipping breakage during shipping, mechanical breakage, misuse, neglect, / applicable shipping fees. Due to the custom paint and components used, repair times will vary and will be subject to the following repair charges:
- Section 1 (Butt Section) $200.00 + Shipping
- Section 2 $100.00 + Shipping
- Section 3 $100.00 + Shipping
- Section 4 (Tip Section) $100.00 + Shipping
For all warranty work, the entire rod must be returned to Torbert Custom Rods. The rod owner agrees that Torbert Custom Rods assumes no expressed or ancillary liability due to the use of the rod, including consequential or incidental damages. Email nwtorbert@me.com to start the repair process.
